I have some blueberries to plant which of course need ericacious sp? compost. As far as I know this is compost rich in peat. I know you can buy compost labelled ericacious, but Im wondering if regular compost from a growbag with peat could be considered ericacious?

no, you have to buy the compost labelled as such. It's made without added lime so it's more acidic. You can dress with coffee grounds, pine needles etc but it was just easier for me to go out and buy some.
