little birdie would like the easy to cook recipe huh! ok tonight we are having :-

Italian dish - Home made spaghetti sauce (2 carrots , 1 red pepper, 5 mushrooms - slice them up), 1 chopped onion, 1 veg knorr stock - crumble it, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 2tbs of tomato paste, 1/3 of water use can tom tin to measure - dump all these into the pot & cook & simmer for 10 minutes.

For meat cook separately in another pot - I use lamb (for the whole family except me) cook it until its cooked pour away its juice - set aside.

scoop up all the vegs (leave the juice in the pot) place it into the blender & roughly blend 2 or 3 times, pour it back to the pot & mixed the meat & add salt & black pepper to taste. As for pasta you know how to do it.

Tomorrow : we are having the above.

Saturday we are : Chinese chicken rice.

Change of plan OH forgot to defrost the meat. Had KFC boneless boxes instead!!

    Seabrook crisps :-

    Logo1VerySmall.gif & Sains are £1.16 each but Logo2VerySmall.gif any 3 FOR £2.00 - Valid until: 27/04/2010

Went to Wilkinson's today and on the end of the tills there was a pile of pamphlets with a conditional spend coupon, £5 wys £50 on products at the in-store order point, it expires on the 11th April.

  • To add to all the Cheerios news - I had a sample sized pack through the door yesterday and there was a 30p moc on the back of that.:T

No mocs used on any of my dinner tonight, but pretty much everything was bought reduced or on special offer, so we had a really lovely dinner for a bargain price, despite the lack of mocs.:D Even the mini sized bottle of wine I used for the sauce was bought reduced a while ago in Tesco.

Just in case anyone is interested, [lol] dinner was baked salmon with fennel and tomatoes, with a creamy lemon sauce and served with rice and stir fried pak choi.:)
