Is it just me or does anyone else think I am obsessed with Bailey's :rotfl::cool:

The Cushelle site is being re-directed to a search engine so not sure what's going on there but I'll keep checking it and let you know if it comes back.;)
It is re-directed on FF, but works fine on Internet Explorer. So if you want the coupon or to win a Kola Bear before gill wins em all:eek: switch to I.E.:D
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

As some of you have the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli sauce - I have a recipe for you ;)

Spring Roll!!!! - 1 packet of bean sprout, 1 packet of carrots (50p packet fm T), mince meat (I prefer pork or chicken), 1 can of banboo shoot (optional but it will taste better - I bought it @ Asda less than 60p).

Method : get rid of bean sprouts tail (the brown bits), grate all the carrots (short cut - I am too lazy to slice it thinly), slice banboo shoots thinly (as thin as you can).

Mixed : mince meat with salt (1/2 tsp) & pepper & sesame oil (1 tbsp ) in a deep bowl/pot & pour the abv vegs & mixed thoroughly. Beat 1 egg (for sealing).

Pastry : I got mine from oriental supermarket 24b17xh.jpg. But supermarket also sell the filo type (this is not very good in my opinion). Wrap the mixture into the pastry ( mixture should be in the middle & on a triangle shape angle ) & seal the 3 edges with beaten egg. Deep fry & walla you have your own home made SPRING ROLL! dip with all your sweet chilli sauce.

For lunch I am having the above me OH is bringing it over - yum yum:D

Not as good as the previous ones but still not bad IMO....as those are still valid for 1 month and more starting from today...!!!!!;)
Amazing!! I got them with the post just now...they don't look like the others at all...in fact , even without a barcode they just don't look like mocs...will have to get myself organised to ensure I use them in the right order....

I got mine in the post today too as well as 3 others that I emailed and asked them to send (I must call daughter to see if she got hers). Daughter is going to stop at the Costello cheese tasting at the Tesco near her to see if they are giving out coupons. I don't feel like going out anywhere today so I'm really glad we have enough food in the house except bread or flour to make bread but there are bagels in the freezer so no need to go out today!! I have to go out tomorrow though so will do some shopping and get everything done that needs doing or getting so I don't have to use the car again for a day or 2. I can't afford the petrol as it is getting too obscenely over priced/taxed :eek: so I really have to plan trips out instead of going out on a whim's notice.:(
