Thanks BLUEWKD, Unintended Muse and idlesaver. :T

Believe me, I have heard them all about my birthday date! It really is tomorrow though, no joke. I have a little pile of pressies here all wrapped up by my 4 kids and OH just now, waiting for me to rip open in the morning. My team are paying on my birthday as well, we just need another win to round off my day (sorry I know there's a Saints fan or two on here). :D

Thanks for the good wishes and you're right, we couldn't afford a holiday last year at all but this time we've used some good old Tesco Airmiles Deals to lessen the cost.

Can't wait for the holiday and nor can our children!

Thank you for your email addressed to Sir Terry Leahy, our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to reply. , etc,etc.....

There should be no signs on display, such as the one you have described, so I brought your email to the attention of Dean Taylor, our Store Manager, and Kevin Kiernan,

We all heard that before. Funny, that you & I seem to have the same "Kevin Kiernan" working @ T & yet we are miles apart. The last time I was trouted, they gave me his name, so when I was in the store, I asked for him - guess what the C/S said - "no such person working here". The email to you also failed to mention "up to the store manager(s) discretion".

    THE OXFORD & CAMBRIDGE

    GOAT RACE...

At 4.30pm on Saturday 3rd April, as the horn blows to signal the start of the Oxford vs Cambridge Boat Race, two feisty goats (one named Oxford, one named Cambridge) will start their dash in the 2nd annual Oxford vs Cambridge Goat Race just a few miles away at Spitalfields City Farm in London. Delamere Dairy is proud to support the event and will be raffling a hamper of delicious goats’ products and cheering on the best looking goat on the day!

The inaugural Goat Race in 2009 saw Cambridge, the pygmy goat, storm home to victory in front of a roaring crowd of over 400 people. This year The Goat Race is set for even more farmyard fun and should be an unmissable date in the diaries of fans of both goats and nonsense.

There are plenty of other things going on during the afternoon including an official Goat Race bookie and sweepstake, goatie knitting race, DJ and goat-themed markets stalls including Delamere Dairy and Billy Goat Stuff Chocolates.

Delamere Dairy will also be offering attendees vouchers to try the milk for free. Be sure to join The Oxford vs Cambridge Facebook Group for the latest news.

All proceeds from the day will go to Spitalfields City Farm. If you're in London this weekend then why not bob along!

Thank you for your further email.

Please feel free to print out a copy of my last email, and keep it with you to show the staff should you have any further problems. Alternatively, you can ask to speak to Dean or Kevin, who can help if they are available.

However, given that all staff will be refreshed on the correct policy, I do hope that you have no further problems.

    Kind Regards
