Excuse my stupidity but what is chucks (cooked)? In the States we call the cheap cut of steak Chuck steak but there's no way I'd buy steak already cooked from the grocery store :eek: so I can't imagine that the chuck you are talking about is the same thing.Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0 -
