    Mortgage-free Glee!
Morning Gill and everyone else :D. Printed out my last McCain Home Fries coupons last night - so I have 2 weeks to make room in the freezer for them :rotfl: before we go on holiday at the end of this month. Also printed 2 more Hovis 25p offs - I have 3 more emails to go at - may not use them all.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

This might be of interest to some folks on this thread, in particular the folks going to the GFS. Remember last year the Olive issue just before the GFS had a free entry ticket to the BBC Lounge? Well on the freebie thread there is a post for a Free copy of Olive. Here is the link https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/32818429#Comment_32818429
I hope there is a free entry ticket for the BBC lounge in this issue and maybe a coupon or 2!;)

hi Sher - last year Good Food subscribers got an issue that had 2 coupons - one inside the mag and one on the cover bit of paper with the address on. I wish I could remember which month it was for but I've made a note to subscribe on a 3 for £1 offer so that I get Aug/Sept/Oct mags - hopefully this should cover it.

Last year I subscribed whilst at the show (to get a free gift!) and they gave me a card to get in - I nudged my friend who promptly said "oh what's that??!!" and she got one too.;)

    Hi Folks

I just tried to redeem a black and white printed coupon for a free smirnoff ice and coke which I bought and it was refused by my local asda stating they didn't accept photocopies or printed coupons.

Is this the case at other Asda stores?

    Should I contact them?

I've ended up buying now as I could be bothered rummaging through my trolley full of shopping to give it them back.

I have used a couple of these at Asda, no problem at all.

Did you go to customer services to query their coupon policy?

No I didn't but I've seen they have over charged me for cake mix looking at my recipet:( so i'm deciding if its worth the hassle of going back over 50p and will mention it if I do.

its always worth going back, just point out you have had to make a special journey, you should get at least a £2 gift card you could always stant your ground and try for £5 because of the smirnoff moc, which I have used when printed in black and white by my son who doesnt have a colour printer, hope this helps you, :p

50p off McCain wedges (Valid until 31/05)

You need to log in to Pigsback. Scroll down a bit, it's in the left hand column under the competition.

Hope that's all ok and it's not been posted, I did search :)
