  • That message is one I've had the SA read out to me before, but it has always been on a Tesco till spit or mailing moc, that for some reason doesn't scan even when buying the correct item. [Typical Tesco]

I used two of the 75p Comfort Naturals coupons against 2 ordinary Comfort yesterday and no problem. Also did the same on Saturday and no problem ?

I have only encountered the Whiskas coupon being rejected. I too on occassion have bought a different product (same manufacturer) than what the coupon stated without any problems, only the Whiskas.;)

    Morning all...

My local T's has stopped taking internet coupons now so I am going to be a bit more savvy when shopping. I have got 1 actual clubcard but 3 other accounts which i did online but have no actual clubcard for. They send me mailings and one of them has a few £3 or £5 off a £30 spend. Can I still use them on my shop if it is scanned with a different clubcard? The cards aren't linked though...

    Good Morning
I found out yesterday that Tesco have fixed their tills to recognise coupons and whether you have purchased the product you have given the coupon for. the coupon still wouldn't go through and came up as not met required spend or something like.

yes, I got the same probs as you too. When Ben10 coupons 1st came out I have had no probs using it to purchase the reduced items £2.47 for a £3 coupon. But for the last 2 weeks I am unable to use it at any other T stores apart from my regular T store of which the S/A will type in as non-scan coupon. Other stores their respond to me were :- You did not spend the required amount or " You did not purchase the correct product as it states Ben 10 "Lego" figures." I could not be bothered to argue with her, I said its Ben 10 figures that I am buying is it not?" She said yes but we do not stock Ben 10 "Lego" at Tesco. DOH!! I gave up told her to keep it instead.

Woohoo! Xmas came early at Tesco this morning! They had a power cut last night so anything on special offer was going through at the full price! Queue at CS was MASSIVE but well worth waiting for DTD! :j
Strange, but I thought of a few things I'd forgotten while I was waiting so I had to do another shop!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Should work - I've done the same thing - I can never remember which coupon came from which card anyway - doesn't seem to matter.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D
