Morning all. Looks like a pleasant day here. Hope everyone has a good day and all the poorlies feel better soon.

I enjoyed the underwear links from yesterday, all very tempting but need to earn a bit more through ebay before I can indulge.
  • yeah, Elliemoo, if I could just manage to sell more then I buy e bay would be handy! xx

Up early and been busy already! One lot of washing on the line and the second lot in the wm.

General tidy up in the kitchen, bathroom and front room and washing up from yesterday done! Had a wasted afternoon yesterday and just slept, so got to make up for it a bit today. Having a cuppa first though!

    Morning.

Cheers Suzy, I'll look out for the book.

Well I've got a busy day planned. I'm meeting some friends for a coffee at 11, then I'm going to Starbucks to have another of my freebies and do some OU work, then tonight I'm going to a jam session thing with sister, a few friends'll be there too.

Just when things were starting to look a bit better...My sisters dog ran out into the road and was killed this morning. She was only a puppy and B has been crying all morning...Im more concerned about how my sister will be, she was kind of her life and a means to her moving on with her life. !!!!!! why, its one thing after another at the moment

    Morning all

Grey and damp here but I don't need to go out so it's not a problem.

Went to bed at 8.30 last night and read an entire book - not done that for a while.

Need to iron uniforms and cook something for lunch (or tea) but that's about my lot for today.

Looking forward to the DLA back payment hitting the account tomorrow or tuesday...I can pretend we're rich for about 5 minutes before I order DH's wheels. :D

Edited to add.....Sal - so sorry to hear about your sisters dog x

Sal, so sorry about the dog, I still remember how hard it was losing ours and that was about 10 years ago.

Sal that's dreadful news - dogs become part of the family and I would imagine your sister is heartbroken. I'm so sorry.

Not much to report chez Suzy...sulking from a disagreement with OH and the time difference means I can't even have a decent row ;). Washing in the machine and will go out once it's done....mooching on here; choir rehearsal tonight....boring really.

ETA: obviously did not mean mooching on here was boring....:) Just the rest of it.

  • Sal - that's soo sad. Big hugs.

I've just seen the noisey couple who live above me and she's pregnant. Don't get me wrong, it's great news for them but with the sound proofing being as rubbish as it is, it will sound as though the baby is living wth me!
