My name is Andy

I heard of thid site from a friend, so just saying hello first.

I really need to sell my house quick time!

I have decided to buy a house in Barbados, I have family !out there,

My Mum was born there and my dad worked out there for many years, that's
how they met. I am quite lucky as my Uncle Win, has a bar near a place called
Holetown; have you heard of it?

It's a nice part of the Island where you get a real sunset and when I say real,
I mean breath taking man!

So, as you can see I am really eager to sell my house, I am not really bothered about
the conveyancing fees, but I do want to sell the place quick.

I need the cash to buy my own Yard when I settle down if ya get me.

And if anyone out there undertsands me...

Hi there Andy,

That takes me back to my childhood, we used to visit turtle bay and go snorkling - you can see so many colourfish in Barbados.

Its funny the locals can speak pure English - I mean they actually put the English to shame lol

Anyway, I noticed that you are looking to sell your house / property, but are looking for a quick sale.

There is a website I know of www.smartcheapconveyancing.co.uk the site has only recently been put up, but to give you heads up, they are part of a larger group.

Anyway, if you are looking for cheap conveyancing then these guys do it the smart way. They are not only cheap, but they are really quick too...

They use all that fancy computer stuff, and get things moving quick time!

I have a mate that has just sold their house through basically the same people and the completed in under 4 weeks, how's that for fast..

I gotta gel but check the site dude :beer:

I have just been to that site,

Pretty cool site, Lexcel winners 7 years in a row. Whoever Lexcel are.

Don't they make cars or sommin?

Anyway they have a free phone number on site so I will call them in Mo.

I have always regarded this site as a quality site where you post quality helpful advice. How do you do this when on every street corner there's a bully!!!
