From a "Dispute" to a "Claim".... SOOOOOOOLin!

Raised a dispute for INR tonight.

It is pretty obvious that it will not be coming, ever. Since I won the auction the sellers FB has dropped from 100% to 75% in two weeks with negs.

Currently I see "The seller has 10 days to respond."

If he lives that long.

Can I escalate it sooner, Soolin? (LoL)

Kisses. XXX

You can escalate as soon as you open a case. You don't have to wait

I agree, escalate it to a full chargeback immediately. However , the 10 days to respond rather suggests this is a full chargeback anyway as the dispute has 21 days before you need to do anything.

  • My friend is going thru the same thing, opened a dispute with Ebay for INR, the 10 days has lapsed, seller still not responded (and now has a neg from someone else aswell). On the dispute the only options are to close case or add another response. Tried to open one in paypal but won't allow it. Where on the dispute page can u opt for a refund please? Thanks
