    Ah right!

The house we've seen is £190k but we think £175k is more like it. Wanna see some pics and give me an opinion?

You earn around the same as us and we just bought a house for £170k with a £50k deposit. Even with interest rates at 6 or 7% you should be fine, especially with a £90k deposit. Plenty of scope in there for a house and a fun life. ;)

whether it's right for you depends on a lot of factors.

How long are you planning to live there?

It looks nice and 4 bedrooms will probably be all you'll ever need.

If i was you i would have probably went for it if the time is right and it is in a good location for you both.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I love real sized kitchens: where you know your kids could sit and do homework while you cook supper...or bake for the freezer and where t night you can close he door on the daytime part of your life and go in to a clean and tidy sitting room that's for...sitting in...because the kitchen contains all it needs too with out spilling out.
