I placed my first order with LX Direct a couple of weeks ago. I wanted a fridge/freezer that was £399.99 and on the internet I found a site that had discount codes and there was one for 15% off your first order. I phoned up and placed my order and gave the code and the operator said she would apply it. I have just received my first statement today and they have charged me full price plus delivery - even though I have to wait 6 weeks for it to be delivered and they have given me £15 credited to my account to spend in future.

Not happy about this at all. I have phoned and the lad I spoke to said he would sort it out but wouldn't do it whilst I was on the phone. Probably just brushing me off.
