Entry Rules

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over.
2. This promotion opens for entries on 17 March 2010 at 09:00 BST and closes for entries on 28 April 2010 at 09:00 BST (the "Promotional Period").
3. To be able to enter this promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

• Visit http://www.godofwargame.com/competition, and click on the God of Rock icon; and
• Invent a God of Rock band name and submit the answer, along with their name, date of birth, gender, email address, and country of residence, as requested.

All entries must be original and the entrant's own work (please click on the General Rules for further details). Entrants may enter the promotion more than once but will only be eligible to win one prize.

1. One first prize winner will be chosen and will be the entrant considered by the judge to have invented the most original God of Rock band name (the "Winner"). The next 6 most original entries, as judged by the judge, will be the runners-up (the "Runners-Up").
2. The Winner will receive the following prizes:

• A Sony Bravia LCD TV and Home Entertainment System;
• A PlayStation&reg3 system ("PS3™");
• A trilogy edition of the God of War® III PS3™ game;
• A PSP™go;
• A 'Rock God lighting pack' including multi-coloured spot lights and an electric guitar, amplifier and guitar stand (the guitar stand will be chosen by the Winner from a list provided to him / her).

No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-transferable.

1. The Runners-Up will each win a standard edition of the God of War® III PS3™ game and a pair of tickets to a UK-based gig of their choice that takes places before 27/2/2011, subject to availability at the time of booking and excluding sold out events, re-sold tickets and festivals. Runners-Up will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue of their chosen gig and all other expenses, and must adhere to any additional terms of entry specified by the venue. Gig tickets will be delivered to the address provided by the Runners-Up within 14 days of being released. No cash alternative is available and the prizes are non-transferable.
2. The Winner and Runners-Up will be notified that they have won within 7 days of the closing date, and will have 4 weeks to claim their prize.
3. Prizes shall be dispatched by post or courier to the address the Winner and Runners-Up provide when they claim their prize.
4. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prizes within 30 days of receipt of the entrant's claim but the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this period.
5. If the prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
6. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the names of the Winner and Runners-Up on the Promoter's website(s). The names of the Winner and Runners-Up will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 'God of War® III Promotion', 13 Great Marlborough St, London W1F 7HP, within 2 weeks of the closing date specified above.
7. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they consent to the use and transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and its agents for the purposes of administering this promotion.
