If you know you owe them the money and agree to the amount then pay up as they have 6 years to claim for money.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
What has principal got to do with it.
They may have been sending invoices and maybe getting the address wrong or you have moved and are under the impression that you are deliberatly not paying.
Yes, you do have to pay, they can invoice/chase you for 6 years for payment.
Pay up and smile, buddy, your smile is down to them anyway eh:rotfl:
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Surely the principle is that you had the work done and you owe the money. Not paying it would be lacking in principles.“Don't do it! Stay away from your potential. You'll mess it up, it's potential, leave it. Anyway, it's like your bank balance - you always have a lot less than you think.”

It might be easier for you to prove that you have paid. Receipt? Bank statement? Credit card statement?0 -
4 years!!! Id tell them that as far as you are concerned its been paid and was paid at the time of the treatement and if they do not concur with this then you want a full explanation as to why its taken them 4 years to ask for the money. If you decide to pay Id tell them you cant afford the expense at such short notice and you will be paying it up over the next 4 years.:smileyhea0
