Halifax data to CRA

Hi,
My other half 2 Halifax Current Accounts but on her equifax credit report it showing 4.
Now it shows the last 4 didgits of the roll number, we have recognised 2 of them but the other 2 has 32S & 102S on them which are unknown.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
We have reported that to Equifax and they have sent a letter to Halifax to investigate. I have checked online today and the responce from Halifax was:- I would advise the customer to contact the ocal branch for this enquiry to be looked into.
