Well, a WW cooked breakfast is never going to be as good as the full fat version - I prefer my eggs fried in butter, and my sausages to be "proper" ones rather than low fat ones, but hey ho.
2 grilled sausages, a couple of grilled rashers of bacon and a fried egg (in fry light) comes in at 6.5 points which at least is going to leave me enough points to eat throughout the day.
I think it is what is called "compromise" :rotfl:
Mind you, I am being "good" now, in order that when I have my week's holiday, I don't have to compromise at all and can eat full fat fry ups all weekSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. haha! Red, I am trying to get out of the procrastination habit, which I have spent years perfecting! I need to utilise my time more productively.
Have been pottering around the house today -wouldn't call it proper housework, but just bits and pieces.....hopefully by the end of the weekend, a reasonable amount will have been done. The weather has cooled down nicely so it is perfect for getting washing dry, and getting some fresh air through the house.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hypno .... you must have things you procrastinate on, just like anyone else, but they don't really show on here2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I procrastinate with all sorts KC, I read some of the things people do in their diaries etc, and I feel positively lazy
But today I have done a bit - not a huge amount, but enough to not feel as though I have wasted my day!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
