I don't think I have EVER had non-wobbly thighs, P!! I am, however, moving up to level 2 of shred tomorrow, so will let you know how I get on! I have to admit though, that getting up at 5.30 to fit it in before I get the kids up is not as bad as I thought it would be.

Everything else is ok. I need you to pm me your email addy though please P.....

So, in money news - 20p on the scratches, £5 reward from Halifax which I will transfer to my savings, and a loan payment has gone out so I can update my snowball and sig again.

Sig updated to show the loan coming out, and I have worked out why my mortgage interest seemed so high.....

.....It appears that rather than updating my balance online once a month with interest, they are doing it daily! So my balance is going up every day, and staring me right in the face when I log on every morning!

It is the scary amount of £24.57 PER DAY...........Now THERE is something to focus my mind!!!

I definitely see a new grid of squares coming along - I do not want to be paying £25 a day in interest and the only way to avoid it is to reduce the amount owing!

    !!!!!! £24.57 per day!!!!!

    That would be serious scratching!!!!

Before LBM most of us wouldn't have known rates on cc and now we are uber obsessive percentagists!!!
    LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
    (CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Missing for a few days and lots to catch up on as usual. WELL DONE on your weight Hypno. I too am an emotional eater/drinker. I'm not overweight but know I eat too much carp/reach for a wee cider if I've had a bad day. Only thing I can do is not have 'bad' food in and instead keep rice cakes/oatcakes in to have in the evening after dinner. Often tho I swing past the shop and buy crisps or chocolate!!!

Off today and off for a swanky lunch with a mate. Thankfully, she's paying!

You're not missing anything on DooYoo. They've had a major revamp which means instead of 500 points for just about anything some reviews, including DVDs and food, are now only worth 100, others 300. Either way its taking an eternity to reach payout as points per read are vastly reduced too.

Thanks moo2moo - I suppose it *might* still be worth doing if you just focussed on the 300 pointer ones - I doubt I'll go back tho, I might just let those points lay there. Or I might use it for the blog thing, tho if I do, I'd rather open up a new account for that, so the present points would be lost anyway. Hey ho, it got me thinking about things :)

Hypno, that interest sounds a lot, doesn't it - but of course, however low your interest rate, the amount borrowed is big .... but £24.57 does concentrate the mind. My word  the squares will be good to get back to, tho.

Nearly, but not quite, and sadly no chance of getting there until August now! Still, it is all heading in the right direction :T

hurrah for it now being the weekend :T It has been a very long week, one way and another.

We were expecting a big downpour this afternoon, which I was hoping would clear the air, allowing me to go for an easier run this evening. But, we have had about 6 spots of rain so far, and no sign of any more as yet.

So, I have had a yummy dinner of seafood risotto (leftovers for lunch tomorrow) and will see if I fancy going for a run when it cools down outside. It has been so so hot today.

Hope you have all had a good day and have a lovely evening, whatever you are doing x
