good luck with the stretching, hypno:D Hope your sleep sorts itself out soon - I've been waking up ridiculously early after going to sleep ridiculously late - am just waiting for 'the slump' but it's just not happening. I don't feel particularly stressed - I honestly don't (though it's the final home-edding exam week here and I get my scan results next week) - the power of the subconscious, eh?

Hypno would starting up the yoga again help with your sleep, plus the mental side of things and added bonus also the weight loss/shaping? Well that was a stupid question actually because of course it would help but it would require you actually doing it which is where I actually fall down Always good at suggestions me

KM, yes, I am sure that yoga would help if I got round to doing it. There are underlying issues lurking though, which are invading my sleep, and which I am very aware of but which won't go into on here.....but which I just can't seem to switch off from very easily, and which keep being analysed and over analysed at 1am.....

KC, I have no tactic other than just wait and see - if I don't get paid out, then so be it, I have had a good run - I don't know that it is worth depositing, playing through and then withdrawing, for the return.

I'm sure starting that wouldn't be worth it now, Hypno - I might muck around with it tonight, and see how far down I go in the total outstanding before it will let me withdraw - but if I've deposited £5, and played through £10, and it *still* won't let me withdraw, I don't see what will work, sadly. It was *very* good while it lasted, tho

Oh, apart from......DS has reached payout on Youngpoll - the junior version of onepoll.....for months he has checked in every day and done any surveys....no need to ever prompt him, and he has just requested £20 payout :T I am really pleased for him, because as we all know, it can be a bit tedious but he has stuck with it, and has earned a good amount of cash as a result!!

DD is almost at payout too. I just like the fact that I have never had to tell them or encourage them - they have just done it every day, checking for surveys.....MSE through and through!!
