I withdrew with Virgin at the end of last week and had the money in my account at the beginning of this week.

    Thanks!

I had a small victory in the weight loss/capsule wardrobe thing today - I have never (well, since aged about 14!) been able to buy boots as my calves are chunky - even when I have been slim, I have to buy them from Evans, and even then, they just don't fit properly, as apart from my calves, the rest of me was much smaller than Evans' "starting size" if that makes sense.

Anyway, today, I managed to buy a fab pair of black suede long boots, very comfortable, no spillage over the calves, no pinching as I pulled them up etc!

Not only that, but they were very much reduced as it is no longer boot-buying season.

Hi Hypno - I just had a few days off, been over to Taxi's thread, but look what you've done! Weight loss and Gold Medal garden and new boots and all sorts of stuff! Lovely!

As for enjoying now .... well, I can honestly say I can enjoy the bank holiday weekend - sister on Saturday, friend on Sunday, survey of my new place booked for Tuesday permanently now. Hopefully this is the turnaround point. I did have a wakeup call last year around my brother in law, and around being ill, but maybe with the house move I've lost sight of it .... I mean, how big does a wakeup call have to be? Really does seem like I need a ginormous one

**KC peers about shiftily, noticing a big red ginormous ball labelled Wake Up Call** Oh no, thats Total Wipeout :D
