Morning all......middle of the week.....weigh in today but my scales say I have stayed the same despite me sticking to points all week, so no great things expected when I go to WW, but after the run of losses that I have had, I can hardly be surprised.

You've been doing really well, Hypno. How long have you been doing this for again?

No change at WW so still 10 st 5.5lbs which I am happy enough with for this week.....

Pickle, I was 11 st 13.5 when OH announced he was leaving in the middle of Jan, and promptly lost about half a stone....then started at WW to capitalise on that sudden weight loss at the end of Feb, so it is about 4 months all in, which means that I am losing it nice and steady so hopefully should be able to keep it off.

6lbs to go until I get to my target of 9 st 13.5lbs.........

Well done on staying the same, which as you say is good after all the great losses you've had.
I'm very impressed that you're managing the garden and the windows and still debt busting.

I'll be in Norwich in a week or so. I'll wave if i think i see you!

Well done Hypno. That's great considering the recent big losses.:T:T

That's great as you've been having decent losses.

Well, I'm quite happy with it - would have preferred another lb off of course, but hey, this'll do!

More progress made on the garden today - lots of trees hacked back, which is work I couldn't easily have done, so a lot more light is now in the garden and conservatory. Still more work to do.....but it is definitely getting there - taking every last penny I have, and I am desperately trying to make more so that I can finish the job, but it will be soooo worth it, as it will be much easier to maintain going forward.

Morning guys. v.tired again this morning and really did not want to get out of bed - roll on Saturday when I can at least turn the alarm off!

Fingers crossed we find out about bonuses today - but before then, of course, I'll just carry on with the realities of life as a DFW and go and do my scratches for my daily 10p!

Hope you all have a good day x
