Does anyone have a working email address for Co-op insurance?
They are telling me I haven't paid them, even though I paid by card on the phone & the money has gone from my bank account.
Yes I know I can phone but I don't see why I should.....probably have to in the end though dammit

Why not use their complaints email address. They probably don't have one for normal communications.

When I did that I got complaints@cis.co.uk
the vital 'cis' at the start was missing

& two weeks on there is still no reply from CIS.
Conclusion:- phone, post a letter, or get lost.0 -

pretty much par for the course with insurance companies. They are not normally good with email.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
