Hi i'm fairly good with computers (compared to my friends anyway!) and started using quidco a while back. I too never really understood it and always forgot to use it. I remembered a few months back and got £30+ paid into my account which was just sitting there! which was for doing nothing other than buying stuff i normally would..well pleased!
Like the others have said just go on it before you go to the store you want to buy from (if they have it on there) and away you go..i have to say though i don't get the whole cookie thing and have never deleted mine!
Good luck x0 -

Not now, No
You have to go to the cashback website first, search for bt then click through to bts website to order.
Theres also the maximiser which compares the cashback available through different sites

Stick with one until you know your way around. I prefer Topcashback, I like the layout to watch my transactions go from tracked/validated/paid:o0 -
Well I've been using quidco for just as long and I've never deliberately cleared my cookies before using the site and I've never had a transaction thats not been tracked to date.
FWIW Quidco themselves recommend clearing cookies:

When making a purchase through Quidco, you need to delete all Internet cookies and temporary Internet files (please note that this will log you out of the Quidco site; please remember to log back in!). This will vary depending on which browser you use.Stompa0
