Very basically if you have a look at their website( or topcashback or similar) you will see various discounts/offers for any amount of different goods/services. i.e 2% off ;£40 cashback etc etc
So when you decide to buy something that you see on there you click on that product/service and eventually you will receive that amount of cash in your bank account.
You will first need to register with the site and enter bank details in order for money to be paid into your bank account but you can still browse anyway to see if its worth registering.
Dont just buy from there expecting things to be cheaper as even with the cashback you may find the item cheaper elsewhere.
As an example i decided to transfer to o2 broadband.By using Quidco i was paid £50.00(this money actually comes from the promoting Company who pay Quidco. They then take £5.00 and you get the rest.
Just be aware that when buying from there you must first clear cookies as this is how your purchase is tracked.
I was a little befuddled at first but it is not difficult.Money can take 2 or 3 months to reach you,but it doesnt cost you anything except a few mouse clicks.0 -
Do not clear your cookies as this may prevent your purchase being tracked! I suggest using a seperate browser just for Quidco/TopCashback purchases.
Essentially, you login to the Quidco site, search for the retailer you want to buy from and click on the relevent link which will take you to the retailer site, where you just shop as normal. A day or so later your cashback from this purchase will track back to your Quidco account and a few months after that the retailer will pay the cashback to Quidco who will pass it on in full to you.
There's an annual fee of £5 to cover admin costs but this is only deducted from that year's earnings, you don't earn you don't pay.
I suggest looking over their help pages which will tell you everything you need to know. http://www.quidco.com/help/0 -
I have been using QUIDCO for 5 years and have earned £1523.00 to date. Contrary to above advice every time you need to go into the site you need to clear your cookies. The only cashback I have had a problem with payment is with More Than which is still pending from September although I am assured by other people on here that I will get it. There are also lots of retailers on there that give cashback for no spend. I.E. Tesco Free sim was giving £4.99 last week for no spend. ( may be still active ).There is a thread on here that lists them all.
Any advice needed please feel free to pm me.0 -

Hi I use Firefox and have no trouble with Quidco. I have oly been a memeber for about 18 months but have earned over £400 on things I was going to buy anyway. I use https://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as this will often tell me which site is offering the the best price on the item that I want. Having chosen the site I then try it in quidco search to see if they are a member and if so buy via them. If booking hotels I use travel supermarket or kayak to tell me which site is offering the best price on the hotel I want then go via Quidco0

Cookies are small parcels of information that a particular web site will store on your computer when you visit. The information stored in them can be used in a variety of ways, for example a retailer can see if you have visited them before or not.
If you have visited a certain retailer through a different link (i.e. not your cashback web site's link), then, when you visit by going through the cashback website's link, the sale may not be attributed to the cashback website, but from the link you used to previously visit the retailer and you may not then receive cashback.
If you clear your cookies first, then your purchase should be attributed to the cashback web site and you will receive your cashback correctly.
Clearing Cookies:
Internet Explorer 8
Click "Safety" on the Command bar
Select "Delete Browsing History"
Select the option for cookies and click Delete
Firefox
Click on Tools, then Options (or Edit | Preferences on Linux)
Select Privacy
In the Cookies panel, click on Show Cookies
To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click on the Remove Cookie button
To remove all cookies click on the Remove All Cookies button
Sites such as Quidco, Topcashback and FutCash.co.uk recommend that you clear cookies to ensure a complete tracking of your purchase through their systems.0 -
The important thing is to find the best deal on an item first before going to quidco - no point in earning £50 cashback if you could buy the item elsewhere for £80 less.
Having said that Ive earned over £1k cash back in 4 years and I always check out quidco for any item I buy. For example, recently discovered you can earn £35 cash back for opening an ebond with Nationwide - never knew that and Ive been a nationwide customer for a long time. Next ebond will certainly be via quidco.0 -
Basically just do your internet shopping as normal, but before purchasing go through quidco and see if the retailer is signed up with them and if so, hey presto! cashback.
(I personally use Topcashback myself as it's free.)0
