Am I still able to sumbit my claim. The articles on here have all changed and have no dates.

    The articles in the links above are the based on the latest knowledge.

    There are 2 articles on reclaiming bank charges, one based on the human element (financial hardship) which may or may not result in a refund of charges even if proven, and one based on new legal arguments which currently is totally unproven.
