Can I still claim?

I recieved the universal letter from Natwest after the OFT Test Case rejecting my claim and saying that my case would be closed in 8 weeks if they didn't hear from me again. I have been chasing another claim against them as well and have just be refunded £450 for that matter. However beause I needed to resolve this issue before my orginal claim I did reply within the 8 weeks and have also closed my account to avoid any further issues. Surely I can still complain though if i'm not happy. Can I still chase this claim although I am over the 8 weeks and the bank account is closed?
