Cheap breakfast place near NH BARBIZON hotel (Amsterdam)

Hi,Thinking of booking the NH BARBIZON hotel for end August 2006. Breakfast is not included. Are there any decently priced cafe or place near the hotel that we can have breakfast with our 5 year old lad? Thanks.

That was hotel is pretty good , there is a place to the left of the hotel that does all your usual stuff eggs, baguettes , sandwiches its about 30m to the left of the hotel. That’s who we used when we where there.

Were not early eaters so we usually ate on our travels.

But i can surley recommend the hotel it is fantastic.

Thanks for your replies. However, didn't book this hotel after reading the recent negative comments on tripadvisor. The only reason why I thought of booking this hotel is because it's near Central station and has air-conditioned rooms ( vital as OH and son really feels the heat).

Instead, I have booked Hotel Luxer. I know the room will be small but it has air-conditioned rooms and also near Central station; breakfast is also included in the price.
