Short Term Car Insurance
Can anyone recommend a company to provide short term car insurance?
We are selling a car and it is just sitting on our drive so we dont want to pay a fortune to insure it.
Unfortunately, the insurance on it runs out in a couple of days and the company have told me that if I renew it they will charge me £47 to cancel it when the car is sold!
The only short term quote I can find is £98 for 28 days!!! :eek:
Any advice very much appreciated!

Local brokers are the best bet here.
There will be something of a premium as, after all, the insurer has to make it worth their while. That said, I think I paid a similar amount not that long ago for 14 days.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If your not using the car then don't bother insuring it, seeing as how its off the road and all?0
