Had the electric bill and I had overpaid, and its next quarter that the annual review is done on the direct debit. Thought I'd give them a ring anyway....
Refund is on its way , direct debit reduced by a third and she gave me details of a cheaper tarriff.
She was a lovely, friendly lady and deserves a gold star.
I was very impressed and it was refreshing to get such good service :j
