dodgy gumtree ad

Date posted: Thursday 18th March | Ad viewed: 43 times
Location: Worldwide

We have a uk registered ebay site with over 350 activities and 100% positive feedback. We are looking for genuine products to retail through our site and our development of an ebay shop. Our ebay id is ragherysound.

Suppliers should have:

1. Have a traceable land address, telephone number and email address and if possible online website.
2. We will not pay supplier until feedback has come from the buyer.
3. Supplier will pay all ebay charges and an agreed percentage of the sale price.
4. All returns must go to the suppliers address to be exchanged or refunded.
5. We only retail genuine goods.

Also we will consider as a payment method a fixed agreed price or fixed weekly salary.Preferance should be given to the second one, if the goods are luxury items.

If your interested please contact with your proposal.

See point 2! (Buyer pays eBay seller, supplier sends item, eBayer closes account keeps money and burgers off).

Not sure how this works without the eBay account being "in" on it though.

I remember, the thread has been deleted I think, or part of it.

I just spotted the bit where it says "Suppliers should have:" so the "supplier" IS the victim, I missed that and it sounded like the supplier was another party involved.

I agree it doesn't sound right or at least, giving the benefit of the doubt, quite risky.
