Extremely urgent advice

Partner had a call from his ex wife to say that court bailiffs had been round to give her 7th April as a repossession date.

OH is not aware of it going to court before for mortgage company to obtain an order to repossess but he owes about £300 in arrears. He made a payment on Tuesday of £150 and tried to contact mortgage solicitors to advise of payment. She was engaged on the phone during the course of an hour so he left his number for her to call back. She never did.

Question: if the arrears are now up to date albeit £300, can they still go ahead with repossession.

Many thanks in advance.
