Dont beat yourself up about feeling that you dont want to be bothered. Maybe the work colleague meant well b ut she was obviously not reading all the signals from you. Take care and look after yourself. You cannot control your bf, just try to make him see whats right but if hes anything like my OH then hes probably got his own unswayable opinions and theres not a lot to do. Sorry about your grandad. Love Tes xxx

  • i am now sitting here with bright red eyes looking like ive been in a boxing match!

Just blame it on hay fever ;) . Seriously though, i know how it is, when you're having a bad time nothing eases up and if anything gets harder and more stressful.

Tomorrow is another day, just take time out tonight to chill. Sit outside after it's cooled a bit and unwind.

thanks all, you have cheered me up!

am considering bring pillow to work for screaming purposes!

grandad is due to have op in 6 weeks time to remove cancer and then 6 weeks of chemo. am so worried about him it is constantly on my mind.

boyfriend almost thinks he has had LB moment, he has contacted creditors and made arrangements with them for freezing interest etc, whch i suppose is a start, i just get frustrated that car money could have paid one off, and he has spent it with nothing to show for it. i know you cant make someone have their LB moment. He thinks i am boring cos i would rather not go out - if i cant afford it - and it makes me want to shake him! he has loads more debt than me and doesnt seem in the slightest bit bothered about reducing it.

he also has a court case coming up on mon when we find out if he has to pay an ex employee about £2k and im dreading it.

Aww hun, there's nothing worse and when people keep on at you it's awful. Take some deep breaths, I find that always helps.

Grab a hankie and say what chequemate suggests, tell them it's hayfever!

Everything is getting on top of you, at least it's the weekend. Look after yourself....

So sorry to hear about your grandad...

Oi you here is a little verse to keep you thinking:

    FRIENDSHIP PRAYER
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the
crotch of the person who screws up your day
and may their arms be too short to scratch...
    AMEN

Hi sorry you're having such a hard time angel. All I can suggest is that CAB can help with finances and maybe see Relate about your relationship - you can go alone. People understand and just want to help but when we feel so low & frustrated we shut ourselves off - at least they care angel & you can't save the world by yourself! Be kind to yourself. Hope that comforts you a little - sorry I can't help more. Best wishes.
