Jet Blue muck up

hi guys,
I need some help.
I booked 2 flights with Jet Blue 4 days ago.
I just checked my credit card statement and I have been charged 2x for each flight.
Jet blue say they only have one charge on their system and it has nothing to do with them.
MBNA say they cant do anything and its jet blue who have to rectify it!!
Who is right?
Im going around in circles just now:(
