Saving or making a backup of favourites in explorer?

Can anyone let me know if its possible to save your internet explorer favourites, I have a lot of favourites (yup loads!) on my laptop and would like a backup of them if possible, I also wouldnt mind being able to save all the favourites and installing them on a my second desktop pc.
can anyone in the know let me know if this is possible and if so advise me how to do it, many thanks in advance.
