Hi can anyone help and tell me if PPI is included in my loan?

I started a loan for £25,000 with Loans.co.uk in 2006 for 10 years and put it off the initial 3 months as offered. The end total is nearer £42,000 after 10 years plus 3 months. I think the initial API was 8.9%. Payments are now £365 per month. The agreement has not included PPI but has it been included in without me being told?

Hi Floss Joss. Ring them up and ask them for a copy of the original credit agreement. It should say on there if PPI had been added.:mad:0

Hi there
I would contact them on this or if you want to request for a Subject Access Request (SAR) where they should send everything they hold on you going back as far as 5/6 years, they have 40 days to comply, and you enclose a £10 postal order or cheque payment for this request.
You "may" find some documentation on this within the SAR where if any PPI have been added etc.
SAR letter with details here:

Maybe they would tell you over the phone.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

hi there, i am not much good with figures but i would have thought ppi would show on your agreement. the total you owe(i am assuming this is a figure you have asked them for to date?) is the interest. someone with more knowledge may give you a clearer idea on thisI started a loan for £25,000 with Loans.co.uk in 2006 for 10 years and put it off the initial 3 months as offered. Sorry Max, missed your post:o:D, that would defo be the cheaper option to request for the agreement, the most you pay for this is a £1 cheque or by postal order.;) And they have 12 days to send. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thank you all for your advice and when I get home and look at the paperwork I shall do what you have suggested. I specifically asked for no PPI when I took out the loan but from a couple of companies(seven marketing and Blue sky) they initially said deffo I had a claim on the phone but when the paperwork was sent it has come back as a no. Sorry for the confusion but very grateful for any help x0
