I ordered an iron over 2 weeks ago. It never turned up. After about 4 emails I was finally told that if it didn't arrive by Monday they will send me out a new replacement ASAP. I replied when it did not, and go no reply. So I called today and was told that they had delivered it to a door number 110 below that of mine because they had agreed to take delivery for me, I bet they flamin did!! They will not issue a refund until I return the iron

What carrier did they use? Isnt it standard practice to put a card through your door saying what they have done (well we know thats what they are supposed to do!)If it did go missing that would be entirely their problem, you are legally entitled to a refund. If you paid by credit card, you could take it up with the credit card company now.0

DHL - it did not go missing they said as someone did sign for it.
However, i did call back and they now claim they have been sitting on it for sometime0
