Chip in newly fitted quartz worktop - can I complain?

I had a quartz worktop fitted yesterday, I checked it over, signed off the job and paid. Unfortunately I have now discovered a chip in one of the pieces that the worktop fitters have filled with white silicone (presumably to cover up the chip). Because the worktop has silver flecks in it I did not see the silicone filler when I checked it and signed the form. Can anyone tell me where I stand in terms of complaining about this chip as I have already signed off the job?

Hmm hard one..i would say you checked it quickly like people do then looked at it again properly last night and it is noticable that someone has tried to cover up a dent/chip etc..if it is silicone or similar surely there is no getting away from it! Things like that annoy me tbh so would be pushing for it to be sorted!
Good luck x0 -
