Still getting hassling from creditor despite IVA

in IVA & DRO
Good morning
Here I am again grumbling about my IVA.
It went though in October 09. One of the debts was a large credit card balance which, while I was waiting for my creditors meeting, was passed to Calder. Calder have rung my mobile every single day, sometimes twice a day.
I have contacted my IP three times regarding this. They tell me to get a fax number from the person calling but when I ask for one they refuse to deviate from script and just keep barking "You are not in an IVA, you owe us money, you HAVE to make a payment today".
I have given my IP the number Calders are ringing me from and each time they assure me they will fax over a copy of my chairmans report but the calls continue.
My IP has told me not to worry because they don't have a leg to stand on. I know this. But I also know that the IVA was supposed to put an end to this harrassment.
Is there anything I can do? I'm so sick of seeing that number pop up on my phone.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Oh yes, there is plenty you can do -again, i think you'll get more joy on the Debt Free Wannabee board but you just don't have to take their crap - you have rights (even if you weren't in an IVA). You can demand that all correspondence is now to be done in writing, NO PHONECALLS. And then go to town on them for their unfair practices and that since you have already complained to them about their phonecalls and the fact that are still pursuing you even though you are in an IVA and have been for 5 months now that you are now going to exercise your right to go to the Office of Fair Trading to report their deceptive and Unfair methods...
you'll find good info here,
direct.gov.uk/ en/ MoneyTaxAndBenefits/ ManagingDebt/ DebtsAndArrears/ DG_10034289
(all links are broken down on these boards so they end up leading you no-where so i've broken this down already... copy and paste it into your address bar and then delete the spaces i've put in after every "/" forward slash. Might need to type "w w w ." infront of it all too!)Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

If you can store the number to your mobile and assign it a silent ring tone. I do with junk caller, yes you get a missed call on the screen but it doesn't ring and distrub you.
Of course they may change the number or send it without callerID but it's a start.0 -
Thanks gjchester.
Although having had a good read of the the linked info above I can't wait for them to call back now.0
