Hi All,
Rough costings needed if anyone can help.
The property (mid terrace, ex-council, three bed) has had the electrics checked, and a Homebuyers report done. Firstly, the place needs a rewire. Too many bits are broken, old, badly positioned or contravene latest regulations. So, any ballpark figure for this?
Also pointed out is that the roof felt has a bloody great hole in it (and a big cardboard box of 'stored items' directly below it). I understand this will require the tiles off, and scaffolding etc. Also at this juncture, did I mention the gutters, soffits and related fascias need work/replacement?
Anyway, boiler/heating check to come soon. Heh-ho.
Many thanks for any 'estimates'.
