help please!Greener solutions/tesco recycling

i am sorry if it is wrong thread!
i am really angry.
I have sent a mobile phone to Tesco recycling(greener solutions).They were offering £110 for the mobile phone.I havent heard anything from them,no email,no phone call.I called them after a month asked whats going on?I was told mobile phone is not eligible.I asked them to return it.I even sent a cheque £5.50 for postage cost.Nothing happened,nothing heard!i called them back nearly 3 weeks after my cheque was cashed in.They promised to send my phone back.I received it this morning!however phone is not working.I called them... but They are so ignorant.No help!
i dont know what to do?can u please give me some advise?

Did you write down the IMEI of the phone you sent off? Have they sent the same phone back or another of the same model (which may explain why they took so long waiting for another of that model to come in).

yes i have got IMEI# and it is the same phone.
I asked them to claim from Rmail,they said ''they can not helpme!!!''
