Balterley contact details

I recently had a new shower installed, after less than 2 months use the shower head is broken (the seal is gone). I contacted the store from where I bought it and they referred me to the manufacturer. My best bet is going straight to Balterley to see if they will replace it. I have emailed them via their contact page but there has been no reply after 4 days. Does anyone have a telephone number? I really don't want to have to go through the hassle of another credit card claim because of this firm.

I realise that but we are already going through one credit card claim due to the retailer so just want the replacement part.

I thought they were in administration also but they are not..
