Deleting Photo Duplicates!

Hi All

I seem to have loads of duplicates of photos on my hard drive, i think it is from installing different software and backing up/restoring.

Is there any software (free preferably!) that will sort the duplicates and get rid of them!

make sure they are identical by doing a crc comparison, lots of packages create lower quality thumbnails.

I used to use doublekiller but found Duplicate Cleaner, I find this more user friendly, and can easily be set to search for music/data/pictures, or all duplicates.

It includes a wizard to help choose what you do with your duplicates, delete the first, delete all except one, etc.

Then the unwanted duplicates can be saved in a separate file, until you are happy with your choice.
