Trying to reclaim charges whilst in debt management

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I am in talks with Hsbc, virgin, tesco, and barclaycard with regard to debt management, so far virgin and tesco have accepted my monthly repayments.

Can i reclaim back credit card charges when i am in the process of debt management with these companies?

    Yes. Do you have priority debts as well or just the ones you have listed above?

    That question would be irrelevant for credit card claims, btw(just for your info though ;) )
