    Once you unblock him he will most likely start re-bidding on items only to re-tract messing up your auctions. Leave him blocked.

    Just checked this guys ebay profile and it reads;

    Bid retractions (last 12 months): 27

    Is that souly on your items? If not it seems his 'little brother' is doing it to lots and lots of people. Very annoying.

    He only joined 20/02/10. A complete waste of space.
