Renault Fault Code help please

They are not eobd fault codes.....looks more manufacturer specific to me.My engine management light came on so I had a local garage do a diagnostic check, the following codes came up 508, 474 and 395, does anyone know where I can find what these codes indicate? Thanks
You cannot always fully diagnose a problem just by pulling codes.there is no substitute for a qualified technician to use the scanner properly to formulate a proper diagnosis....in short,if your not sure then get someone to fix it that is.
