One of the speakers packed in on my Roberts DAB radio last week.
I now live 250 miles from the place where I bought it, so I got in touch with Roberts direct who gave me their address to send it to.
I posted it to them on Friday last week, so they'd receive it on Monday. It arrived back here on Wednesday morning, fixed, cleaned up and working better than ever, and for NO CHARGE! :T
The only thing I had to pay was nearly £20 to post it and get the correct level of insurance.
