Hey,
My brother has decided in his wisdom to go to multiple places in his Easter Holiday. (He is an NQT).
If i give you his itinerary can you try and get it cheaper than i can find!
Basically he is going from Littlehampton to Liverpool on the 2nd April. Then from Liverpool to Glasgow on the 6th April. Then from Glasgow to Newcastle on the 15th (that date is flexible). Then from Newcastle to Littlehampton on the 18th April...
He cannot drive.
I have looked on the trainline and at the moment the price is £85.80 for Littlehampton-Liverpool Return,£63.40 for Liverpool-Glasgow Return and£69.60 for Liverpool-Newcastle Return. So about £220 all in...
That is with a view that he goes to Liverpool, then up to Glasgow, back to Liverpool, up to Newcastle, back to Liverpool, back home...It is convulted but it saves him about £80.
Atm, he doenst have a railcard, but if this is the cheapest way then he certainly will be getting one!
Any cheaper ways? I am useless when it comes to finding deals with the bus etc.

If he can get a railcard he should do it. it will easily pay for itself on that kind of journey and cost
(I commute to Brighton from Fareham everyday and the railcard paid for itself in less than a week - just to give you an idea)Proud of who, and what, I am. :female::male::cool:0
