I'm having MAJOR difficulties understanding section 3 of the passport renewal form for my daughter. She is 16 now, so her renewal will be an adult one.
I'm stuck on section 3 "Have you been included on any passport before?"
I have written the number of her current passport down, and will send it with the application. It says though to include all details of passports you've ever been on. BUT the only place to note down any passport she's ever been on, is the same place to write which passports you're sending. And surely if they ar cancelled passports, they're saying don't sebd them!!
I'm SOOO confused!

I think the "have you been INCLUDED on any passport before" means if she had been on your passport not if she has had her own0

that will be fine - has her passport expired? - just because she's 16 doesn't mean she has to have a new passportTitch

Hiya, It expires in a few months and as she often goes away with grandparents I'm getting it done before they spring another trip on us!
And I've written down, and will include her current passport. But won't send or include any expired (although not cancelled) ones that she was included on as a child.
I'm probably over complicating it - not like me...well, it's is actually. Constant worrier!
Thank you so much for your replies

Bear in mind that she may have to have an interview as these are being rolled out for all application (new and renewal).IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

If you have had your own passport - even if it has been a child's passport, so no interview - only for complete 1st time passportsTitch
