It costs nothing to install and use a spellchecker!
Ariel is washing powder.

irnbru wrote:Not sure if you understood that question ..... do you get these channels:
Mux/Channel
1/BBC1
2/ITV2
A/Five (Channel 5)
B/BBC4
C/Sky News
D/Film4
Which transmitter are you on?
Sorry for misunderstanding, yes I do get these channels, but just did a "store channels" in order to add FilmFour to my channel list now its free and CBeebies has disappeared again! All other channels are fine, it just seems to be CBeebies that is causing all the problems. I am on the Stockland Hill transmitter.0 -
BBC4 alternates with CBeebies. CBeebies broadcasts from 6AM to 6:58 PM. BBC4 starts broadcasting after this. What you get often depends upon when you try to add channels to your box. It is also down to the intelligence of the software in the box to recognise that there can be a signal at this identification number even though there is no audio or video at present.
Add channels after 6AM and before 6:58PM to get CBeebies.

According to Joe_Bloggs CBeebies should have been transmitting. BBC parliament transmits 24hrs on that MUX too.
AFAICS, you don't require a change of aerial for Stockland Hill.
I'd be inclined to go with icefall if MUX B is all that's causing the problem and install a booster.0 -

Thanks for the advice. Sorry to be a bit thick but what does AFAICS stand for please? I will try a booster once I can get CBeebies back again.0 -

This should help you.

I run a second TV off our freview box and initially bought cheap coax cable from B&Q...waste of money!
As has been pointed out decent aerial and decent coax should help. But you really want to check around your neighbours on how they are getting on.0
