We have moved into a property where the boiler,a worcester boiler is situated within a cupboard in the room intended for the kids. My advice is if in doubt get the gas board to check it out. My sister died from carbon monoxide fumes at a boyfriends house. The flue fitted was not tall enough to clear the roof.
Can never be too careful.
