Problems putting for sale ads. on Ebay

Hi,
I've just starting advertising things for sale on ebay. However, it is very, very temperamental during the "place ad" process (one simple ad can take me 30-45 mins to place). Particular problems include choosing categories (the pop-up boxes take ages to appear/don't appear) and sometimes (when using IE) when I click from one page to the next I somehow end up at (I think) the ebay homepage, which has a partial view of text in the middle of the screen saying "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO VIEW THIS PAGE etc."
Any ideas please? I did wonder if any of my computer settings are wrongly set up for ebay (I'm using a newish desktop computer with XPHome; I've tried both IE and Firefox). Thanks.

I kept getting 'you are not authorised' pages last night too - I just think it was the site playing up

When Ebay is like that its best to just leave it for a few hours and try again.0

Thanks for the replies - hopefully I'll have more luck!

I used to find that too, but since I downloaded Turbo Lister, I can prepare all my items on my own computer off line then just upload when ready. It really is much quicker. You can also add more photos without extra cost by placing a link in the html - there is a thread with all the detail on how to do it - and it means you can make your listings much more interesting!0
